About Us

County Nannies was established in Kent in 1999 and has subsequently made two specialist childcare agency acquisitions: Sussex based Au Pair International in 2002, and Surrey based The Nanny Agency in 2003.

County Nannies is run by Benedicte Speed.  A modern languages graduate, she is fluent in French and has worked in the recruitment industry since 1984.

Benedicte is a mother herself and has employed the services of a full-time Nanny, Maternity Nurse and an Au Pair to look after her two children.
